Yep, it's a warm 85-90 here in AZ. It's beautiful weather!!!! The kids took up dive this season and absolutely LOVE it. It's so much fun to watch them, they are on the same team, so it's wonderful to see them encourage each other. Mazi thinks she needs to wave to us EVERY time she gets done with a dive, it makes us laugh. Anyways, I guess it's a total bragging post, but I had to brag just a little. It was hard to move here to AZ, so it's nice to see my kids get so excited about this.
My family had to run up to Idaho for a funeral a few weeks ago. It was so good to see all my dads side of the family, my aunt Tani and many many friends, and the weather........... well it was PERFECT! My sisters and mom and aunt Tani went to lunch and we laughed till we cried and yes maybe even peed our pants a little. I love having a some girl time. It was exactly what I needed!
Thanks girls for all the laughs, next time we can't forget the depends!
So the other day on our way home from Idaho, we drove by several carni workers driving there trucks with there carnival rides on the back. I jokingly said to the kids " hey lets be carni workers, dad could work the ferris wheel, I could work in the 4-h animals farm, Guns could be in charge of the star ship 2000 and mazi you could be a trapeze artist". We all laughed and that it would be fun. Hours later when we got home Mazi came to me and said "I need to start practicing to be a trapeze person" and had Craig put a hula hoop strung to a tree out back. So were banking on Mazi to bring home the bacon! You go girl!
This last July we had a blast with our friends the Guymons in Cali.... We went to the beach everyday and laid out, surfed, ate some really good food and just had a great time. Thanks for the memories!!
I am in my 30s, married to a stud, have two great kids and one on the way. We are moving to AZ. Just a few streets where my hubby was born and raised. The kids are excited to go to dads old school. We are thrilled to add a new chapter to our lives. New baby and new area to live is scary and exciting all at the same time.
